In the bedroom, a sensual 160 cm waterbed awaits you – every movement a gentle wave, every night a special experience. The house offers enough space for up to 4 adults: the spacious living and dining area includes a comfortable sofa bed, so no one has to miss out.
An indoor bathroom with bathtub invites you to long, relaxing moments – alone or together. Outside, there is an additional shower & toilet as well as a washing machine. Bed linen, towels, dishes and cutlery – everything is ready for you.
Cook in the kitchen or outside on the grill while the stars slowly appear above you.
Key facts
The property offers several wonderfully sunny spots for sunbathing. No neighbours, no curious eyes, no limits. Here, everything can be left behind – clothes, stress and everyday life.
And if you like, you are welcome to make friends with our charming four-legged resident 🐴 Giro – his home is located in the rear part of the property.
Surrounded by around 100 olive trees on 5,000 m², you will have your very own retreat – far away from everything that distracts you. From the veranda, you can look out towards the village of Rachoni and the wild mountain peaks of Ipsarios.
The house is located in a very quiet area at the entrance of Agios Georgios, surrounded by typical Greek vegetation: olive and fig trees, as well as countless oleander bushes.
Comfort that feels like freedom – the house is fully equipped with everything you truly need.
Besides the house itself, there are a few special extras
that will make your stay even more unforgettable.
Prefer sleeping in a caravan? Starting around May, we plan to place our large caravan on the property – giving you even more space and another cozy sleeping option beneath the stars. Just ask us for details!
The first guests of the season (June–September 2026) will receive special conditions. Simply contact us and we will find something that suits you perfectly!
Guests who take the first step and later give us honest feedback will receive a booking discount for future stays. 😊

The easiest way to arrive by plane is via Kavala Airport. From there, you can continue by taxi or rental car to Keramoti and then take the ferry to the island of Thassos.
Of course, you can also travel with your own car or camper van. Parking is available on the property.
